K-1 Fiancé(e) Visa

Lets a foreign fiancé(e) enter the U.S. to marry their U.S. citizen partner and apply for a green card.

What is K-1 Fiancé(e) Visa?

The K-1 Fiancé(e) Visa allows a foreign national engaged to a U.S. citizen to enter the United States for the purpose of marriage. The couple must marry within 90 days of the fiancé(e)’s arrival, after which the foreign spouse can apply for a green card. This visa provides a legal pathway for couples to be together in the U.S. while completing the immigration process.

We assist couples throughout the K-1 visa process, from assessing eligibility and preparing the petition to gathering supporting documents and guiding them through the interview. Our goal is to streamline the process, ensure compliance with immigration requirements, and help couples focus on starting their life together in the United States.

Guided by Procedure

Assess eligibility, relationship authenticity, and required documentation for the K-1 visa.

Prepare and submit the fiancé(e) visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the U.S. citizen petitioner.

Gather supporting evidence such as proof of relationship, identity documents, and financial support.

Once approved by USCIS, the petition is sent to the U.S. consulate or embassy in the foreign fiancé(e)’s country.

Upon approval, the fiancé(e) enters the U.S., and the couple must marry within 90 days, followed by adjustment of status.

Guide the couple for the consular interview, including required forms, documents, and common questions.
